For review of subdivision plans, site plans, building construction plans, tank installation / removal plans, and other plans reviews as necessary including resubmitted plans, the fee is $60 per hour.

For review of installation and / or modification of fire protection and life-safety systems, including fire alarm systems, automatic fire extinguishing systems, fire sprinkler systems, and standpipe systems, fees will be based on total valuation of the work to be completed.

Fees for plan review will be required to be paid at the time plans are picked up from the Administration Offices.
