Make sure your helmet fits the 2-2-2 rule. Take your index and middle finger and lay them flat under the chin strap, between your forehead and against your temples. This should be the only space between your head and the helmet. If there is more room than that, tighten your helmet or choose a different size.
Place reflectors on your bike, skateboard, scooter or any other fast moving toys.
