Mountain View Fire responded to reports of a plane crash in the area of 95th and Niwot Road west to Highway 287. On arrival responders determined two planes had crashed and confirmed three fatalities. To facilitate the investigation and recovery, road closures are being put into place at 95th and Niwot Road and Highway 287 at Niwot Road. The public is asked to avoid the area allowing responders and investigators to work safely. Additional updates will be posted as they become available.
